 | Junior ProgramsAges 5 - 16 |
Private Lessons | No matter if your child is new to tennis or getting ready for college. Steve teaches all levels from beginner to advanced and everything in between. With emphasis on stroke development, game strategy, fitness, scoring and match play. Private lessons are a fun and personalized workout for the body and mind. |
Group Lessons | With fun drills, match play and no more than 4 kids on the court it's a great alternative to private lessons. Besides learning all aspects of tennis, group lessons give the opportunity to further develop social skills and the importance of team play. |
Junior Leagues | Great opportunity to compete with other kids of the same level in an organized, social convenient setting. Steve's novice team ages 5-10 and juniors 10-14 compete on weekends throughout the greater Los Angeles area. |
Magnet Schools | Besides coaching Harvard- Westlake's JV Tennis Team, Steve started coaching Magnet School Enrichment Clinics. Clinics are themed to teach various aspects of tennis, like ground strokes complemented with fitness sessions to improve footwork and agility, volleys, serve, returns, strategy & tactics. | Group Lessons | Fun alternative and easier on the wallet than private lessons. Learn and play with 3 of your friends or join a group of players of the same level. Just like private lessons, group lessons are a personalized workout for your group's specific needs. |
| Clinics | Beginners Tuesdays & Thursdays 7PM - 8PM $20/person Intermediate Fridays 7PM - 8PM $20/person Clinics are held at Weddington Courts in Studio City |
| USTA | Steve is currently coaching the SFV Freebirds, a USTA League Ladies 4.0 Team. Practices are every Thursday from 11AM - 1PM (see USTA TEAM for more details)! |
Please note: Steve is an independent contractor not affiliated with a
private club. He teaches on private courts as well as Weddington Golf
& Tennis in Studio City.
There is a minimum 24 hour cancellation policy if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance and fail to show up for your scheduled lesson you'll be charged the full amount.
